Busted Tees
'Cuz without a compy I'll be doing a lot of yoga.
Spring Renaissance
I am suprisingly humble about the situation. An artist is most worried about losing his creativity, not his work.
An Overview of Buddhism"If we examine the notion of impermanence closely and honestly, we see that it is all-pervading, everything is marked by impermanence. We might posit an eternal consciousness principle, or higher self, but if we examine our consciousness closely we see that it is made up of temporary mental processes and events. We see that our "higher self" is speculative at best and imaginary to begin with. We have invented the idea to secure ourselves, to cement our relationship, once again. Because of this we feel uneasy and anxious, even at the best of times. It is only when we completely abandon clinging that we feel any relief from our queasiness."
I will post when I can.

Keep Ely in Minnesota!
Why would anyone want to go to Ely, Nebraska?
The Power of Magic Compells You!
Similarities: Both have annoying voice overs.
Differences: One's a HACK and ones a 3D representation.
The HACK!
The Logic!
I must say I prefer the robot voice. Huminna-humminaaaa!

April 08 Colour Swatch
Based on a neutral background, the canvas comes to life. Bold, crisp, and toned-intense colours are homonized by the complex symetrical patterns. The three complexities of pattern are used as follow: orange-toned paisley with red and green highlights - spot accent; yellow and red-orange tartan - fun and vibrancy; orange and navy symetrical pinstripe - structure and grounding.
What I like most about the paint-swatch is that each column of the three indidual chips would work well - with minor adjustments. The fabrics can be reversed to dull the intesity, as well as the base neutral-colour on the walls could fall in a wide range of tones and affecting the feel.
Fabrics found: yeah, I shopped at Wal-Mart.. but all I got was your mom!

Unconventional Street Art
I'm not sure Frederick Fido would appreciate it that much - regardless if he is a plastic bag animal.
Tied to street level air-grates, above passing subway cars, the animal jumps to life in an interactive play.
Photos found: the Wooster Collective.

a Word on Consumption
"If the words seem outdated, the message is not. The latter part of the 20th century was spent largely following Victor Lebow's recipe for prosperity and fulfillment. Since the industrial revolution began in the 1800s, the world has been on an unprecedented consumption binge. Since 1950 alone, the world's people have consumed more goods and services than the combined total of all humans who ever walked the planet before us."Sourced: Sierra Club - Why Consumption Matters.

Fuck Chuck to the T
Yahoo! News:
"His family put toys around him and one of them was a Mr. T doll. And whenever my name came up, the boy moved his arm.
"Somebody told the doctors I was in town, so they called me down there. I closed the curtains and prayed. Then, as I was walking down the hall, the kid suddenly came out of the coma and hollered out."
Mr. T could take Chuck Norris in the ultimate crime-fighter movie - he would just have to reincarnate Chuck's victims and recruit them to the A+ Team.
Thanks Wall Street Fighter!
