September

Indian Summer, September, the commencement of an elaborate closing of the growth season. The progressive, natural ebb of Earth encourages near-fantastical processes, including humanity. September can feel as though it were the height of the year, the culmination of all things good. The far off signal of the ski season approaching :P

Future Prophecies - September

I am absolutely tired of inferior computers, not having my desk , my editorial layout, bookmarks, email software, or a proper keyboard/mouse combo.

Tokyo Police Club - Nature of the Experiment

Stepp

Stepping on Lo Mien noodles is not my idea of a fun occurrence.

Jump Style

Occaisionally a good underground dance track and video comes around. Occaisionally. To celebrate this occaision watch this fun jump video. Not good enough for SYTYCD, but good enough for me.

Jumped to Jeckyll & Hyde - Freefall

You Really Y'arrrrr x_d

NEW YOUNG PONY CLUB - The Bomb

Simple, ecclectic rythem-rock.

Line Up

My hopes for a good festival this year are quite minor compared to my anticipation prior to the release of the line ups. Not that they deter me, but they aren't all that inviting either. Would like to see these guys again,

Tragically Hip - Poets

Diego Velázquez

June 6, 1599 – August 6, 1660
Spainish with study to Italy
Leading Artist in the Court for King Philip IV
Important portrait artist of the Boroque (17th Century Italy)

Baroque was common for intricacies and details brought out by the style of painting. The proportion and errors were more welcomed than anything, adding to the intriguing beauty of the artwork.

An example, and chosen only because there are numerous half-naked guys in it,

The Forge of Vulcan (1630)

Hummina Haaaaaaaaa...

Arcade Fire

The artistic value to this music video is top mark. Excellent.

Friday Fuck Music

FFM's are going to be 3 or more similar tracks from now on.

Starting today's session,

Laidback Luke remixes Dragonette's Competition. Heavy Summer sounds to keep you moving.

To note, Dragonette is part Toronto, part London, UK hybrid. At the 2008 Juno Awards they received a nomination for 'Best New Band.' We will move into them more upon arrival of my new terminal. They sent the printer, so only one more box to receive.

In the meantime I am enjoying all the crux bass I can. Bryan Cox you are my man as of late. Heavy hitting floor stomping basslines. Nice tweaks too.

And this gem of a mix is loaded with new Electro sounds,

Tracks featured in this clip:
02. Noir - Super Skunk (Ed Kane Pulling A Whitey Mix)
03. Hijack - Shimmy
04. Santiago and Bushido - Got That
05. Heavyfeet - Sick Like That (Santiago and Bushido Remix)
06. Butter Party - Wriggle (Zodiac Cartel's Twisted as Hell Mix)

The above mix put me through to FREE MIXES GALORE!

LCD Soundsystem

LCD Soundsystem have kicked it high-gear for the last few years. The laptop is burning my bare chest, after sweating 2Lbs into my shirt I'm not wearing one for a while. Ugh., Can't wait for my new laptop to arrive, expect a party!

Gradual tune, builds up to an epic roll and jam and consistent vocals the entire track. The guy singing is on tune too, not the annoying $50 actors that get sync'd over once they leave the set. 'Its my money, and I need it now!!'

No words, just enjoy. Gosh, I am tired of talking. People talk too much, but i do always have an ear for friends,

All my Friends

Megs, I want to change the world..

The song has eroded the concrete walls structured amidst the morning's dew and sunshine's smiling orange hair.

Where do I start Where do i begin - Chemical Brothers

Funkerman & Raf - We Rule The Night (Sidney Samson Remix)

Little sha-cha house action here, sneaking in the phat basslines throughout the track, and Summer rythems. Adding this for y'all to enjoy.

I say FUCK.

Does it Offend you, Yeah? kick ass. Electro rock to the finest degree, plus the humidity! Holy heck did today feel like Hell! Going to be a scortcher tomorrow, so here's a track that's so hot it will leave feeling cool in tomorrow's heat.

Let's Make Out

AND a music video that exemplifies the track!

CHTV: Hardly Working Backwords

Comedy has never been so backwards!!

COLLEGEHUMOR.COM

Jesse Garcia - Off Da Hook (Remix by Funkerman)

Planet Funk - The Switch

This is the original Planet Funk track from a Judge Jules set I once had. Great listen. Soft, energetic, upbeat in a hap-sad way. Question: Could we hope to hear a great tune highlighting a good dance music video just once?

Raw Green Beans

Russle Oliver of Oliver Jewelers in Toronto has the best local advertisements. Catchy, retro, punched up. I want to sell my gold just to dance in his back-up lineup. Cashman.

Although, I wouldn't ever own gold, but you should totally watch this parody.
Watch it all, trust me, even in the background. It gets goood.
