Fratellis Talk New Single

FMF - The Gossip

The Gossip are by far my favourite band of recent listenings. Incredible, energy fuelled performance, bold voice, catchy riffs. Based in Portland, Oregon, the trio grew up in Arkansas and exist to inspire. Perhaps that's the reason for their in-your-face attitude, I certainly can relate.

Small, suburban townships offer fewer channels of thought distribution than larger cities and urban centres. Youth are inclined to set their minds on anything that keeps them occupied; music, cellular phones, celebrities.. junk.

Artists, rebels, and renegades that come from small villages have lots to say, confusion for how to say it, and few to listen. Ideas collect and explosions of fantastic thought make for real, frontline art, performance, display, etc.

You can surely get that from listening to the song, and the lyrics are straight up.

Stop the Messes! RIOT THIS!

Skier Thomas Grandi un-retires for 2010 bid

Born in Italy but a lifelong Alberta resident, Grandi announced his retirement in early 2007. He reached the World Cup podium nine times — five times in slalom and four in giant slalom.

“My return to ski racing as Canada hosts the 2010 Winter Olympics is an opportunity that can never come again, especially with my wife seeking to compete in cross-country," said Grandi. "I’m confident Alberta Alpine is in a very strong position and is well positioned to have continued success in the coming years.”

Sincere wishes to Alpine Canada and Canadian alpine skiers in Vancouver/Whistler 2010! The teams, both mens and womens are STACKED!! If Hudec is in top performance it should be a few record years coming up for the Crazy Canucks!

RIOT THIS!

Von Stroke

Infamously United America's top electrohouse sensation, hitting top charts and dancefloors hard! The Whistler, Claude Von Stroke

Give It All Some of the Time

The Black Ghosts are a fun, upbeat-synth-rocker, UK Electro duo. Their combined efforts on the Anyway You Choose to Give It EP were met with shakey heads and tone-def vocal-immitation. Theo Keating and Simon Lord's The Black Ghosts is a winner on any soundsystem for Summer 2008.

Definate Rock for the Soul

Van She's Strangers is a laid- back tune and fitting to a wishfully laid-back Sunday.

The wedding was fantastic! Beautiful!
